What a great achievement you have made to get to this point in your learning.  

We are proud of what you have achieved, and this Module is all about putting coaching in action in your workplace full scale, and ensuring it continues.  We will discuss what we call Murphy’s Law of Coaching and how important it is for you to maintain coaching ESPECIALLY when the pressure in the workplace is turned up: keep going!
