Reflecting on the Coaching Cycle you now have all the skills required of an outstanding Workplace Coach – and we want to see you continue to grow yourself, and grow the talent of your staff.

Why you need to do it:

In your very first Lesson we talked about the need to create a solid foundation so coaching can achieve success in your workplace.

Your foundation is now well and truly established and will continue to provide you all you need to coach your staff toward greater performance.

Now the focus is on how to ensure you continue to coach your staff.

This is where you are now ready to shift into a higher gear and accelerate your coaching. As you complete your training and your professional development with us, you are now ready to drive your coaching in the direction your workplace needs.

We talk to you about some final tips and important things to keep in mind.

What you actually need to do:

1. First things first – download the Workbook for Module 6. You’ll find this in the Lesson Downloads tab above.

2. Watch the video above, and use the workbook to write down your thoughts about some of the the information we will be presenting.

3. Reflect in your journal and review your progress. Do you remember how you felt when you first started this course? How do you feel now? How much have you grown and developed? Write your reflections down to enhance your learnings.
